In this video, I’ll show you AI prompts you can use for your business and brand. These prompts can be used in ChatGPT or any AI tool so you can save time with content creation, copywriting, project planning, and more.
Before we get to the prompts, here are some tips to help you get personalized results instead of generic responses.
0:18 Customize settings
First tip is to customize your settings. Click the profile here, and customize the settings.
So you don’t have to repeat yourself in every new chat, add the following to the top box:
And then save changes. You can use your old content as a guide so it can write like you. Social media posts, transcripts, blog posts – paste the text in the message box, then ask it to analyze the text and replicate these elements in the responses. Then you add that in the settings in the 1st box.
1:30 Use formulas and frameworks
Next is to use prompt formulas and frameworks. Use a combination of any of these to personalize the responses:
- Task: rewrite/rephrase this paragraph, 5-minute video outline, create a #-day/#-week structured learning plan, analyze data, create a report
- Role: act as a copywriter, designer, marketer, project manager, data analyst
- Format/output: numbered list, table with the following columns, comma-separated list (keywords), basic chart, step-by-step guide, use H2 headers
- Goal: goal is to _ in # (timeframe)
- Example: share article, video, link as an example
- Structure: STAR method, AIDA, PASTOR, SCQA
- Tone and style: friendly, conversational, informal, educational, casual, professional, neutral, encouraging
- Audience: beginner, intermediate, expert, creators, freelancers, YouTubers over 55
- Tool, software: Zapier, HoneyBook, Google Sheets
- Constraint: keep it under # characters/words, summarize in less than 500 words

3:57 YT Launch Plan
In this video, I shared a Notion template for YouTubers. I used prompts all over this template. For example, on the YT launch plan, there are writing prompts you answer to help you create a customized marketing plan.
(scroll and read some lines)
Answer as much as you can. Then, with all this info, ChatGPT can create your 1-page Marketing Plan.
4:47 Ideas Page
With your new plan, you have more prompts for social media, digital product, and video ideas.
4:56 Video script example
And lastly, when you have your video topic, you create a new post to start the scripting process. Here’s an example prompt.
Combine this prompt I got from The Freelance Gig if you want an outline instead of a full script.
“Each piece of content should include a headline, 3-5 bullet points, format, and creative suggestions (image/video) if applicable. Be specific, creative, and emotional.”
There are also prompts for titles and thumbnails.
